The new Cellular and Gene Therapies building of the "Papanicolaou" hospital was inaugurated by Kyriakos Mitsotakis, in the presence of the leadership of the Ministry of Health.
The new Center for Cellular and Gene Therapies in Thessaloniki, costing 13.36 million euros, was inaugurated by the Prime Minister, the most modern hematology center in the country, covering the needs of patients with advanced treatments.
The Prime Minister inaugurated the new wing of the Hematology Center at Papanikolaou Hospital, which houses specialized laboratories and a new transplantation and cell therapy unit. With its operation, it is estimated that cell therapies can increase by 30% to 50%.
