The committee made its decisions on Monday night to induct Ken Lynch, Eric Pattison, Cindy Scott, Ron Trussell, and Bruce Wylie.

AHS 2023 Wall of Fame inductees announced

ALGONA—The Algona High School Wall of Fame Committee announces the 2023 class of the Wall of Fame.  This year three teams and three individuals will be recognized as the newest members of the Wall during an induction ceremony on August 25 at 4:30 p.m. The ceremony will begin with a “meet and greet” in the Wilcox Performing Arts Center lobby followed by the official induction at 5 p.m.

The Kentucky Veterans Hall of Fame selected twenty nine Kentucky military veterans for induction into the Hall of Fame later this year. Chosen for their post-military community service, inductees served in various military conflicts including the Korean War, Somalia, Vietnam and The Global War on Terror. For the first time in the organization’s history, the class contains no World War II veterans. Source
