KSTATS releases November 2025 unemployment data

Household survey showed employment and labor force growth, while establishment survey reported 800 fewer nonfarm payroll jobs; state unemployment held at 4.7 percent.

FRANKFORT, Ky. (KT) – Kentucky’s seasonally adjusted November 2025 unemployment rate was 4.7 percent, according to data released Thursday by the Kentucky Center for Statistics (KYSTATS), an agency within the Kentucky Education and Labor Cabinet.
