Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem labeled a Border Patrol shooting suspect's actions as domestic terrorism, accusing Democrat Minnesota officials of inciting violence.
The secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security said she does not know “any peaceful protestor who appears with a weapon and ammunition instead of a poster,” in relation to the 37-year-old nurse who was shot by an ICE agent.

Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem said on Saturday that her department would lead the investigation into the fatal shooting of a man by a federal agent in Minneapolis. NBC News’ Julia Ainsley has the latest.
The young man, a U.S. citizen with no criminal record, was filming the federal agents when he was shot down by them, unarmed, and then executed with three shots.
