Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem said on Saturday that her department would lead the investigation into the fatal shooting of a man by a federal agent in Minneapolis. NBC News’ Julia Ainsley has the latest.
The young man, a U.S. citizen with no criminal record, was filming the federal agents when he was shot down by them, unarmed, and then executed with three shots.
