Donald Trump has sparked a backlash in Moscow after a statement made in an interview with Fox News. The US president said that Ukraine's fate was unknown and it could just as well become "Russian", justifying his interest in Ukraine's rare minerals, a fair price, he suggested, for the money the US spent on this war. The Kremlin later said on Tuesday that a "significant part" of Ukraine really wants to be Russian, according to News.ro.
