In Malatya, which was affected by the earthquakes centered in Kahramanmaraş, a search and rescue dog whose four legs were injured and stitched during rubble searches is being trained for new duties at the AFAD Van Provincial Directorate. Search and rescue dog trainer Niyazi Özbek said: "Our dog has repaid the training it received. It helped save 6 of our citizens in Malatya. It has also been a great source of pride for us."
