THE celebration of Tasmania in winter is again coming to the Derwent Valley, with a Paint the Town Red event to be held in New Norfolk. The unofficial spin-off of Dark Mofo which will be held over two weeks in Hobart, the Red Circle event has been expanded this year to include part of High Street.
