Kitchener non-profit to head 'deeply affordable' housing project in Guelph

Kitchener non-profit Thresholds Homes and Supports will be heading a 'deeply affordable' housing project for seniors in Guelph. The city is contributing about half an acre of city-owned land, and up to $1.5 million in federal funding for the project.
