The second stage of the Tour of Estonia (UCI 2.1) cycling tour for professional cyclists took place in Tartu today, and the Estonian public celebrated more along the track with the fact that this year only Estonians were included in the top three. The fastest was surprisingly Siim Kiskonen (CCN), for whom the first place in the Tartu GP meant the overall victory of the bike tour and the best result of his career.
