Kingston officials express excitement over Frog Alley housing plan

KINGSTON, N.Y. — Members of the city’s Planning Board and a city lawmaker representing Uptown expressed initial excitement about a proposed mixed-use project containing 43 units and two live-work units at the site of a former dry cleaners on Frog Alley.
