Kingsport BMA approves quarry rezoning request
The Kingsport Board of Mayor and Aldermen approved a rezoning request that allows for the expansion of a quarry near the Tri-Cities Airport. The request was approved on second reading Tuesday night in a 6–1 vote. Mayor Paul Montgomery cast the lone vote against.
