KEKAHA — Users of Kikiaola Small Boat Harbor are invited to attend a community meeting on Feb. 27 starting at 4 p.m. to discuss proposed designs for a new boat ramp and loading dock at the facility.  The Department of Land and Natural Resources, Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation (DOBAR) will host the event that is a follow-up to the pre-design community meeting hosted by DOBAR on Oct. 6, 2023.
