EADaily, 16 September 2026. Ukraine expects Russia to provide lists of objects that cannot be attacked within the framework of an energy truce, as announced at the briefing by the official representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Georgi Tikhi, reports to RBC Ukraine.
Russia should put on the table a list of targets that the Ukrainian army will not be allowed to attack, as part of an energy truce, said Ukrainian President Volodimir Zelenski, quoted by the Romanian press.
