Kids at island in Kagawa learns to make sushi from former sushi chef

Children and parents gathered at a multipurpose community center in a town on the island of Shodoshima in Kagawa Prefecture earlier this month to learn how to make sushi using locally caught fish. The participants had the opportunity to witness a former sushi chef's knifework as they enjoyed the taste of fresh ingredients that were caught mainly in the Seto Inland Sea. Read full story here
