But none of the three managed to take the right shot after the rocking at the top of the Ballon d'Alsace.
Present in the lead group when Schmid and Tejada escaped on the same track as Clement Braz Afonso and his friend Jordan Jegat, Kevin Vauquelin felt regret after the finish. If it were to be done again, the 7th of the last Tour would have handled his day differently.
