The Minister for Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, Questutis Budris, stated that Marco Rubio, at a meeting with the Secretary of State of the United States, had not discussed in detail the issues of Belarus, wrote BNS. However, earlier this week he discussed sanctions against Minsk with the Special Envoy of the President of the United States for Belarus, John Cole.
