Kenneth Hopkins Sebra, age 90, of Dameron, MD formerly of Perry Hall, MD passed away at his home Saturday, January 3, 2026. He was born February 26, 1935 in Baltimore, MD. He was the son of the late William Hugh Sebra and Almeda Hundley Sebra. He was the husband of the late Charlotte Duvall Sebra.
