(Mount Ayr, IA) – The Ringgold County Sheriff’s Office, Sunday (today) said a man from Kellerton was arrested Friday for multiple violations of Iowa’s Sex Offender Registry. 30-year-old Coltin Douglas Hatfield was arrested Friday morning on an outstanding Ringgold County warrant.
