Ganeshotsava celebrations have taken over Kalaburagi. This year, the Hindu Maha Ganapati Committee has built a pandal on the model of Kedarnath temple, giving devotees the experience of seeing Kedarnath and the 12 Jyotirlingas. Last year, it was modeled after Ayodhya Ram temple, and the year before that, it was modeled after Tirupati. This unique concept is attracting devotees and providing a spiritual experience.
