The Minister of Education said: "The reconstruction of 1,288 damaged schools in the shortest possible time is a manifestation of the resilience and responsibility of the Iranian people and their love for the country's education."
The head of the National School Renovation Organization stated that the estimated total cost required to reconstruct and improve educational spaces damaged in the war is about 3.7 million hemats, and said: Hormozgan, Markazi, and Khomein provinces, East Azerbaijan, West Azerbaijan, Fars, Isfahan, Kurdistan, and Kermanshah were among the regions where the most damage to schools was reported.
