Judge let’s Kanye West sample lawsuit proceed, but only because he commercialised his demos

A US judge last week slashed back a lawsuit filed against Kanye West over allegedly uncleared samples on tracks ‘Hurricane’ and ‘Moon’ from his ‘Donda’ album.
