Kandys Beefmasters’ tenth production auction near Theunissen on 14 August generated turnover exceeding R2.9 million. Handré Maree bought the top bull, DYS 233191, for R160 000 and another for R100 000. Bulls averaged R72 000, while pregnant heifers averaged R20 500.
