After MasterChef Turkey jury member Somer Sivrioğlu supported CHP Chairman Özgür Özel’s call for a boycott on April 2 and decided to close his restaurant for a day, allegations that he had left the program or been fired began to spread rapidly on social media.
The lead singer of the group Duman, Kaan Tangöze, supported the boycott on the concert stage. In a message to Espressolab on the CHP boycott list, Tangöze said: “I'm sipping my vodka orange from Espressolab right now, guys. You can be taken at any time,” he said.
