CARRINGTON, N.D. (KVRR) — A young bicycle rider is being treated in Fargo after getting hit by a vehicle in Carrington, North Dakota. Highway Patrol says a juvenile driver hit the biker while they were heading out of a parking lot on 2nd Street South early Wednesday night.
