The federal justice of Rio Gallegos enabled Cristina Fernández de Kirchner to vote in the next legislative elections. This was following a ruling presented by Judge Mariel Borruto who considers "they violate fundamental rights, such as the right to vote, equality, human dignity and the principle of resocialization."
