The Extreme Health Service (ES) will have to recognize as permanent statutory staff a worker who had been excluded from the process of stabilization of warders, after a final judgment has declared that the decision of the Administration was not in accordance with law. The ruling that executes the judicial decision has been published this Friday in the Official Journal of Extremadura (DOE).
