'Just a little kid': Neighbors seek change after boy was hit, killed by car

WOONSOCKET, R.I. (WPRI) — Balloons, flowers, candles and even toys now mark the spot where a 3-year-old boy was hit and killed by a car in Woonsocket Thursday evening. The young boy, who has not been identified, was riding his bicycle down Mason Street when he was hit by an oncoming car. He was rushed to Landmark Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead.
