Jury finds Braedyn Baraby not guilty of murder

LOWELL — It was a different trial involving the murder of 20-year-old Adrian Kimborowicz, but the outcome was the same. After approximately 17 1/2 hours of deliberations over the span of three days, a jury of six men and six women found 18-year-old Braedyn Baraby not guilty of first- and second-degree murder.
