Matt Garrard was born in Tooele, Utah, Oct. 28, 1954, to Kenneth and Eudean Garrard. Matt grew up in Lake Point, Utah, and was a 1972 graduate of Tooele High School. Matt was the fourth of five children, all of whom have fond memories of growing up together in Lake Point. Matt worked at the Tooele Army Depot for 34 years before retiring in 2020.
