Judgment of the Labour Administrative Tribunal of the Republic of Lithuania: Concrete Provincial Has Put Pressure on Its Employees by Offering Them $4000
Concrete Provincial obstructed the negotiation process for the renewal of a collective agreement by meeting individually with employees of a factory acquired in Saint-Eustache, currently in lock-out, to offer them $4000, decided the Administrative Labour Tribunal (ATT). The offer did not mention its intention to halve their insurance plan and stop contributing to their RRSPs.
