Jeff Burton, the 1994 NASCAR Rookie of the Year, won 21 Cup races over his 20-year career, including the Coca-Cola 600 twice and the Southern 500.
Larry Phillips was selected on the pioneer ballot, though exact race totals remain uncertain since he competed across dirt and asphalt where record-keeping was inconsistent.
Executive Vice Chair Lesa France Kennedy received the Landmark Award for her contributions to the sport, including spearheading the revitalization of Phoenix Raceway and the Daytona Rising project at Daytona International Speedway.
