A 19-year-old Omaha man who fired shots as a concert crowd spilled into the Railyard last year, hitting a man and severing his artery, went to prison for it Thursday.

"You were shooting as he was fleeing and, again, putting a lot of innocent bystanders at risk," Lancaster County District Judge Matthew Mellor told 19-year-old Delshon Levering.
