Judge rules on evidence related to a 3rd killing in central Pa. double homicide case

Cumberland County prosecutors can tell jurors they believe a Chambersburg man helped kill two men in 2022 and set fire to the house they were in out of jealousy over his ex’s new boyfriend. But prosecutors cannot mention the fact Larry Burns, 62, was later charged by Florida law enforcement with killing ex-girlfriend Jasmine Forbes, according to a recent ruling by Cumberland County Judge Michelle Sibert.
