Judge orders Mass. man who embezzled nearly $8M from his employers to pay restitution

A federal judge has ordered a Sudbury man who embezzled nearly $8 million from two Massachusetts medical practices he used to work to pay over $7 million in restitution, the Massachusetts U.S. Attorney’s Office announced Wednesday.Adam Gentile, 40, pleaded guilty in March to three counts of wire fraud in federal court in Worcester, federal prosecutors said. He was charged in the case in December 2025.
