A federal judge did not issue a final decision Tuesday afternoon regarding a planned Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention facility in Gilroy, but a temporary order halting all construction on the project remains in place.
A federal judge in San Jose is expected to hear arguments this Tuesday about an initiative to temporarily block the construction of a proposed ICE detention center near Gilroy.
