Judge delays ruling on change of venue in Kennedy trial

Timothy Kennedy, the man charged in connection with the June 2023 shooting death of West Virginia State Police Trooper Cory Maynard that lead to a multi-county manhunt and even halted high school graduations, was back in court last week to again appeal a motion made for a change of venue in his case.
