The Public Prosecutor's Office has taken 30 years of criminal imprisonment against the accused, without reducing the difficulties of a case without a body and without "how".
HEARING RECORD - The Advocates General have requested 30 years of criminal imprisonment against the accused for the murder of his wife Delphine. The defence, who asks for the acquittal, will plead on Thursday in his favour before the verdict on Friday in Albi.
After the pleadings of the jubilar children's lawyers, who provoked emotion, the attorneys-general demanded 30 years' imprisonment against the accused on Wednesday, 15 October.
On Wednesday 15 October, 30 years of criminal imprisonment were required against Cédric Jubilar in the Tarn assize court for killing his wife Delphine, who disappeared five years ago. Cédric Jubillar did not react to the statement of the indictment.
