JOYCE ANN PAQUETTE NEW HAVEN — Joyce Ann Paquette passed away peacefully on April 19, 2025, in Middlebury, Vt., at the age of 78. Born on May 26, 1946, in Granville, N.Y., she was the beloved daughter of Russell and Hazel (Doane) Barrett. Joyce graduated from Beeman Academy High School in New Haven, class of 1964.
