QUITO (AP) — Ecuadorian President Daniel Noboa and Peruvian President José Jerí agreed Friday to jointly combat criminal organizations operating along their shared border during an official meeting in Quito. The two leaders met for several hours in the capital as part of the 16th binational cabinet meeting, after which they signed a joint declaration outlining the roadmap for bilateral relations through 2026.
