Joker packs old and new anxieties -- Saturday's flick is not a feel-good movie

Arthur Fleck is in need of therapy. A starved middle-aged man doing random clown jobs takes care of his mother he lives with. He gets mostly ridicule from coworkers, indifference from other people, and cuts from society.
