A Cambria County teen is being charged as an adult after police say he stabbed a dog and a man with a grill fork. Chase McGinnis, 17, has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, simple assault, aggravated cruelty to animals and cruelty to animals.WTAJ reports that between 1 and 3 a.m. on July 2, Johnstown police were called to a home along William Penn Avenue for a report of a man breaking things and injuring a dog.
