Johnnie: I live on Spencer Street between Colo. 66 and 21st Avenue. When I moved to this house 30 years ago, there was a small amount of traffic on our street. Spencer has now become a speedway day and night. It is dangerous to back your car out of the driveway without getting clipped by cars flying down our street.
