BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) -- Republican mayor John White appears to have been unseated by Democrat William Strassburg in the City of Tonawanda. Strassburg, a former Tonawanda police chief, received 2,057 votes (54.62%) and White received 1,703 votes (45.22%). Erie County is reporting 100% of the votes accounted for.
