Jimmie Don Dycus, age 83 of Chesterton, IN, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2026, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on November 15, 1942, to Amos Dycus Sr. and Pearl (Yates) Dycus, both of whom preceded him in death. On April 28, 1961, he married the love of his life, Mary Lucy (Bennett) Dycus, who survives in Chesterton, IN.
