Family Members of Jet Set Victim Will Appeal Coercive Measure and Announce Lawsuit Against the State
Attorney Ángel Lockward's office reported that the relatives of Ruth Elisa Seija Jerez, one of the fatal victims of the collapse of the roof of the Jet Set entertainment center, will file an appeal against the coercive measure imposed on those involved in the case and will proceed to sue the Dominican State and the City Council of the National District as co-responsible for the act.
Attorney Ángel Lockward's legal office reported that the body of Ruth Elisa Seija Jerez, a young bank manager who died during the collapse of the roof at the Jet Set discotheque, will be exhumed.
