Jessica Moretti had to sign and ban her expatriation for another three months. The measures, decided by the court in January, were due.
According to the PM, the danger of flight to France of the Moretti family, which owns a house in Cannes, was intensified, but the court did not share this assessment and confirmed the measures decided in January and due to expire.
The Coercive Measures Tribunal held that the risk of flight of the Constellation manager was still present and therefore extended the alternatives to pre-trial detention.
The Penalty Court of the Canton of Valais has extended the measures for Jessica Moretti for three months in connection with the Crans disaster.
