Jeff Davis Sheriff's Office identifies dead body found on Highway 118

The Jeff Davis County Sheriff’s Department has released the identity of a deceased individual found Monday morning on Highway 118, five miles South of Kent. The deceased is Ricardo Garcia, 22, from El Paso, Texas, according to Chief Deputy Adriana Ruiloba.
