Maiava Passes for 349 Yards, Hits Frosh Mosley for 2 TDs in No. 14 USC's 39-0 Rout of Fresno State

On Friday night, the USC Trojans defeated the Fresno State Bulldogs 39-0 at the Coliseum, securing their first shutout since the 2024 season.
Redshirt senior quarterback Jayden Maiava completed 23 of 25 passes for 349 yards and three touchdowns, leading USC's efficient offensive attack from the start.
Freshman wide receiver Trent Mosley recorded 104 yards and two touchdowns for the second straight game, while Kayden Dixon-Wyatt added 102 receiving yards to fuel the Trojans' passing attack.
Under new coordinator Gary Patterson, the Trojans' defense limited Fresno State to 116 total yards while recording two safeties and forcing two turnovers.
Next Saturday, the Trojans host the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns at the Coliseum, looking to extend their 2-0 start and maintain early-season momentum.
