(7-10-25) Jay County Civic Theatre elected officers for 2025-26 during its regular meeting Wednesday evening. Re-elected were Ray Cooney as president, Lee Osteen as vice president and Reid Knuth as secretary. Katie Loy was newly elected as treasurer. Katie takes over from Greg Rittenhouse.
