Jay County · Jay County(7-18-25) Antonio J. Mitchem (24) Celina, was driving a 2001 Honda CR-V east on Indiana 67 near CR 850 East when his vehicle went left of center and into the westbound lane. At the same time, William E. Slavin (55) Maplewood, Ohio, was driving a 2024 Volvo semi truck west on the highway. Slavin attempted to pull to the left but couldn’t avoid the crash.
